With its beautiful landscape and central location, it's easy to see why Piedmont Park is one of the most popular parks in Atlanta and we invite Vendors of all sizes with tents or trucks.  This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your brand and engage our participants and other patrons and passers-by at the Whine Walk Run 5K.  This Fun and Vibrant 5K offers a light-hearted atmosphere for our participants to interact with your product, and there are countless ways to make that happen. Together we’ll set up a creative brand collaboration to determine what will best benefit Whine Walk Run 5K participants and maximize your desired results.

WWR5K Vendor FAQ’s

What is the date and time of event?

The event is May 2nd 2020

Loading 6am – 7am

Event start 7:30 – 1:30pm


Is there a vendor fee?

Yes, fees start from $50 up to $200.  Your fee is determined by the service you are providing. For e.g. a table for sharing information vs a truck for selling food.  Upon filling out your online request, a team member will contact you.


What time do I need to arrive?

Piedmont park staff will open gates at 6:00am.  We ask that you be set up by 7:00am


Where do I park?

Vendors will be allowed to drive into the park – Charles Allen gate (10th & Charles Allen Dr).  After unloading, vendors will need to seek street parking or paid parking in the lot adjacent to Park Tavern Midtown Atlanta or any other lots.


What am I allowed for set up?

Tents must be no bigger than 10 x 10, must be securely set-up and stable on the ground.   All signs and banners must be professionally made and presented. Banners may not be hung on trees.


What are the requirements for food vendors?

If you are using coals we will need information on the disposal plan for the coal.  If using gas, gas cylinder may not be switched out during the event.


What time is breakdown?

Breakdown is at 1:30pm after the event has ended.  If a vendor needs to leave before that time, a request must be made at least 2 weeks before the event.


When is my vendor registration confirmed?

A spot is only confirmed after vendor has received written confirmation from the WWR5K team.


May I provide giveaways?

Definitely!  It’s proven that giveaways especially those labeled with your brand, provide a high level of recognition for your product or services.


What if it rains?

Whine Walk Run 5K is a Rain or Shine event.


How will I find my booth?  

Upson signing in at the Vendor registration, you will be escorted to your spot.


Is my vendor fee refundable?

Fees are refundable less 25%

What are my additional responsibilities?

Vendors are expected to keep their areas, safe, clean and professionally manned.  Failure to respect the WWR5K event and Piedmont Park will lead to being denied for any future events.
